To celebrate her husband’s 46th birthday, Caroline posted a heartwarming tribute to the “Country On” vocalist on Instagram. In the picture, she gives Luke a kiss on the cheek while he smiles directly at the camera and points to his birthday cake. The ABC appeared to be excited over his special dessert, which was decorated with an edible Two Lanes beer can.
“Happy Birthday to my Hunk of burning love!!!” Caroline captioned the July 17 Instagram post. “We love you! And….I’m going fishing again because well…it’s your birthday! @lukebryan.”

While the photo featured the longtime couple enjoying a sweet moment together, it was the video that followed that had folks cracking up. In his signature humor, Luke was caught shimming his way toward family dog Waffles, declaring that he was heading out. “Alright, great to see you,” he said. “It’s my birthday. Birthday fishing trip, let’s go!”
But that wasn’t all. Apart from Luke getting up close and personal with the pup, Caroline came up from behind him and adding her own playful moves to the moment. (You can see what she did in the clip above!) What’s more, the rest of their family joined in on the fun. The couple’s nephew, Til, did his own dance in the background while another jumped on Luke’s back.
Unsurprisingly, the hilarious scene caused American Idol fans to break out into laughter. “Haha! Love this family! Happy birthday!” one person wrote in the comments section. “I love the dynamic of your family! Just so loving and into one another like families should be..🥰,” another added. “Happy Birthday to Luke!! Have FUN fishing with family!! Get some rest !! Lol Love the Two Lane Cake!! We love seeing these two in cahoots over something NSFW-related yet again. In fact, Caroline and Luke were seen doing another dance during a different occasion. Maybe we’ll see more of the couple’s antics during the next season of American Idol … at least, we certainly hope so.
